The Judicial Review

Here is some of the press coverage we received following the recent successful Appeal to seek Permission to proceed to a Full Hearing.
This will take place in the very senior Court of Appeal in order that the decision will set down the lawful process for airports beyond Gatwick. In other words, a test case for the nation.

The Arrivals Review Team will give their final presentation on Thursday 28th January, from 10.30am to 1.00pm  at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, near Gatwick. They have particularly asked that we "disseminate this invitation to your local network" and that means you. Invitation 2

We are holding an open meeting in Penshurst on Friday 26th February at 8.00pm in the Village Hall. This will primarily be to give our response to the Arrivals Review Report and to generally update you all on the many initiatives underway.
Tom Tugendhat, MP, has kindly agreed to join us.

The Arrivals Review Final Presentation - details

The Independent Airspace Review Team is pleased to invite you to an open meeting to present the final report from the Gatwick Arrivals Review on 28th January at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

The session will run from 10:30am to 1:00pm and will consist of a presentation from Bo Redeborn and Graham Lake, followed by an open session where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and further discuss the final report. Please see the agenda and venue details below for more information.

We have sent this invitation to those that have expressed interest in the Arrivals Review to date but kindly ask that you disseminate this invitation to your local network as well to ensure the meeting is as inclusive as possible. To confirm participation in this event, all guests will need to RSVP to this email by end 26 January. For security purposes, only those that have registered in advance will be able to gain entrance.
